Papa

I realize it isn't Father's Day, or your birthday, but tonight as I was standing in the pit for hours I thought of all the hours you spent milking for us, and I wanted to tell you that I love you. We both know we often haven't seen eye to eye, and we often have a different take on situations, but I love you. I have said many things in the past to you and concerning you for which I am sorry. I thank you for your ready forgiveness.

You are a great father. I thank you for what you have done, and are doing on my behalf. You are an excellent example of the long suffering, patience, and mercy of the Lord. Even more than what you have done I praise God for the example you are of Integrity and the example you have provided of what it is to walk humbly with Our God. I thank you for opening the Word of God to me as a young child. There is no greater gift by far that a father can impart to his children than training your children up in the fear and admonition of the LORD. Thank you.
The Lord has chosen the weak things of this world to shame the strong.
Hope in God! His promises are great and they are true, and He will bring them to pass for His glory, and our good.
