Nasty little buggies...

After my poor Mom got stung twice the other day while helping me can peaches, Jonathan decided to take some action against the mean yellow flying things around our house. We don't know if they are yellow jackets, wasps, hornets, or something else, and we don't really care - they just needed to die!!!!!!
:)

With the help of our friend Joe (who also works on the farm), an apple picker, spray and a loader, slowly the nests came down.



I was so pleased with the boys for warding off these enemies - what a feat!



Today we noticed a few somehow survived...I guess the war against evil (the dark side) isn't over yet - arghhhh!:)

    you better get rid of them crazy flying stinging machines or poor cabin might get stung so many times he might go crazy!

    Little Lu,
    He did let out a pretty good yelp the other day when he got stung - he wasn't too happy and headed for the garage to hide:).
